Preserved roses are 100% natural roses that are carefully preserved using a special proprietary and delicate process to preserve the quality and integrity of each petal which are then dyed with rich vibrant colors keeping its natural beauty. The preservation of each rose allows them to maintain their freshness and shape and last for years.


How long do preserved roses last?

Our preserved rose arrangements require NO WATER to keep its natural beauty, and can last up to three years with proper care. The roses will keep their look and feel natural for many months without any maintenance.


How do preserved roses last a year?

To ensure long-lasting florals that provide aesthetic appeal for months on end, we use a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process to keep the freshness of the flowers and then instill them with a wide array of lovely colors.


Do the roses need to be watered?

NO. DO NOT WATER the roses. Using any water will immediately damage the roses.


Can I remove the roses from the box?

NO. The roses are custom-made as an elegant arrangement and are designed to stay inside the box for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. Removing the flowers from the box will damage the roses and the arrangement.


How do I care for the preserved flowers?

The preserved flowers require essentially no maintenance - NO Water, NO Sunlight, just LOVE! If you want your flowers to continue looking their best, it is important that you do not water them, and make sure you keep them contained in the container you received them in. Additionally, make sure to keep your flowers at room-temperature and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship nationwide and to more than 50 international countries!

International customers purchasing from our website are required to be aware of and prepared for any import duties, taxes, or fees that are subject to the importation of goods purchased on our website by their country.

These fees are regulated by the customs and border control agencies within the destination country and are unfortunately out of our hands. If your package is returned due to non-payment of import fees your shipping charge may not be refunded, and the returned shipments may subject to a 25% restocking fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.


How do my orders get processed?

All orders and payment are processed through our website, we do not accept orders via email, phone or fax, as our system is automated for rapid fulfillment. Therefore, you must login to your account to place your orders online. After your payment has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email for your order.


How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us with your order number. Please note that once your order is being processed, your order cannot be cancelled.


Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, our arrangements of I LOVE YOU™ Flowers from iloveyou.store are not eligible for returns.
